  How to deal with a rival who is making your invention

  I developed a concept for a new gadget which I showed to a manufacturer a year or so ago. I now find that the manufacturer is selling a gadget identical to mine. I am just about to launch my product but want to stop the manufacturer first. What can I do? This article appears in The Birmingham Post’s “Ask the Experts” feature on Thursday 26th April 2012.
