Avidity IP — Satisfaction is not enough
IP Europe Quarterly
The publications in this section have been written by our attorneys. The peer reviewers are usually our attorneys but where appropriate we may ask external experts.
As a collection they cover all aspects of European Intellectual Property law and practice, including analysis of interesting decisions from the courts and EPO Boards of Appeal, discussion of procedural and institutional developments within the European IP framework, and in-depth studies of whole areas of IP law.
These publications are written primarily with other IP professionals in mind, and generally conclude with practice points and general advice.
