Border protection

Counterfeiting and piracy have become a huge problem and high revenue item for pirates in many industry sectors running to billions of £’s.

Counterfeiting does not only steal the efforts, investments and IP rights of creators but is increasingly becoming a health and security problem worldwide.

 A plethora of products (medicines, aircraft parts, films, sunglasses, clothing brands..) are being extensively counterfeited every day in countries such as China, India or Turkey, among others.

As part of any brand and IP rights protection strategy we recommend that border protection is sought with a view to prevent counterfeits coming into particular markets and to be able to react immediately when infringements are spotted.
